The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

The center of Rome is connected by train and in 50 minutes it connects Velletri with Rome. From Velletri you can visit Castelgandolfo with the Pope's summer residence and the beautiful towns of Nemi, Frascati and Grottaferrata
