This cheery suite in the lower level of our home is equipped with a dual controlled Select Comfort mattress and walk-in jetted tub. The couch and twin mattress on the floor, sleeps 2 more guests comfortably.

Country Rose Cottage

Located on the edge of Tracy City, a wonderful place for hiking trails, rock climbing and peaceful natural waterfalls. Only fifteen miles away from the Bluegrass underground. Less than one mile to Firey Gizzard Trail and six miles to Foster Falls and Denny cove. Great for a quiet getaway. Nice deck on the back, cute porch on front. Comes with a gas grill out back, Fire pit and large yard to relax in. If needing a ride to a concert at the Caverns please ask us about our rides availability.

Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

Lookout Mountain Apartment

This garage apartment is located across the street from the Incline Station and 3 blocks from Point Park and access to mountain trails. Private setting in a wonderful neighborhood. We have parking in our driveway for one extra car. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, sink , microwave, coffee maker, electric skillet, toaster and slow cooker. Renter must be 21 or older. We don't accept children under the age of 12. Only two people may stay in the apartment. No pets. No smoking.

Welcome to SydneyLand Farm! Glamp in a sweet little camper on a hobby farm!. We are in horse and cattle country but very close to Chattanooga. It's a bit of both worlds! Our vintage Avion camper sits behind our larger guesthouse with a view of the woods and pond and it’s own little world. Our friendly donkeys and goats are next door in the barnyard and welcome supervised pats and cuddles. Watch the fireflies, listen to the cicadas and frogs, and unwind.
