Upstairs includes dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 1 twin bed). Downstairs including living room, laundry room, 2 bedroom (2 queen beds). Outside includes fenced backyard with firepit and BBQ. Front includes driveway and street parking. We are pet friendly with extra fee and pet rules. Quiet neighborhood close to a park.
