Private Whole Lower Level. Caprica is the essential stay for an unforgettable Shenandoah Valley experience! Situated with perfect views of the outside, the guest quarters space is over 2200 sq ft. and features a lounge/media center, common meeting area, bedrooms & bathrooms, entertainment center with air hockey table and ping pong, and a fully supplied gym. This cozy home is located in the small town of Grottoes, Virginia nestled between the shade of an old Oak tree, Maple tree, and Pine Trees. It sits on approximately three acres with a large field behind the house where kids can run and play. In the Spring and Summer, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the rose garden in the back yard. Karen's Home Place is a perfect location for those who want to get away, relax and unwind from the busyness of life.

Plane View Retreat

You’ll love my place because of the quiet, scenic location. Plane View's in the heart of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. We're across the runway from Shenandoah Regional Airport and within 30 minutes of Skyline Drive. There's hiking, white water rafting & Civil War sites nearby. We're 2 hours from Washington DC and Richmond. We have 360 degree mountain views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (w/kids). No wifi, no pets.
