Four mountain ranges are visible from our elevated property; it also borders a farm so you might observe cattle grazing. The Shenandoah Valley offers great gravel, road and MTB trails - and a vast network of hiking trails. Rosemary, a licensed aesthetician and licensed massage therapist, also offers spa services for a wonderfully restorative visit. Welcome to our peaceful space.

Welcome to our private, cozy suite, Country Star. A sunny walkout basement apartment with patio and easy parking next to entrance makes coming and going a breeze. Country Star features a kitchenette, with table and chairs, one bedroom with queen bed and closet, and a full bath/shower. It provides comfortable space for two, with extra space for a pack-n-play or fold out lounge chair/bed for a third person. (See note in 'other'). Private Whole Lower Level. Caprica is the essential stay for an unforgettable Shenandoah Valley experience! Situated with perfect views of the outside, the guest quarters space is over 2200 sq ft. and features a lounge/media center, common meeting area, bedrooms & bathrooms, entertainment center with air hockey table and ping pong, and a fully supplied gym. See pictures for more details and information. Anyone is welcome to use the balcony, back patio, and fire pit.

Basement suite with 2-bedrooms, comfortable, spacious living area and kitchen. The home is newly constructed and intentionally designed. Private entrance with outdoor patio in a peaceful neighborhood. We have books, games, and toys available for families with kids. There is a TV with access to HBONow, Disney+, and Netflix. Having lived in the area for many years, we can offer great recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, and places to explore.
