While this is a duplex all that is shared is the garages and parking. so you don't hear the neighbors if their TV is turned up to high. Inside you will find a nice fully furnished house that sleeps 7. one King bed with Privat bathroom one Queen bed One Bunk bed with Double bed on the bottom and single bed up top.

It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails.
