Eine stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung im 2.Stock unseres Apartmenthauses: 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch. Ein Essbereich für 6 Personen und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Inklusive WLAN, SmartTV. Ein KOSTENLOSer öffentlicher Parkplatz neben dem Haus. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Hauptstadt. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Ich bin als Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar da ich im gleichen Gebäude wohne.

The apartment is located in a well-maintained, residents-only building with an elevator. There are no neighbors on the same floor, giving you maximum peace and discretion. An underground parking is available in the building for an additional €20 per day.

Gare de Bettembourg: 10min à pied Supermarché: 5min à pied Parc Merveilleux: 10min à pied Piscine: 20min à pied Luxembourg ville: 15km Belval: 12km Restaurants dans le coin. En tant que hôte, je vis dans la maison et je suis donc facilement joignable.

Studio in the attic

A cosy, charming studio ready to welcome you for your stay in Luxembourg! Located in Hesperange, a nice town in the Alzette river valley, surrounded by green spaces, just a short bus ride away from Luxembourg City. All the essentials are available (bed linen, towels, soaps, etc.), a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. Note that the attic is on the third floor, there is no elevator, and the access is via a narrow staircase that can be seen in the photos.

Apartment in Luxembourg Grund

Charming, cozy 2nd floor flat right in the heart of the beautiful touristic Grund area of the city. Set into the rocks of the valley in a delightful tree lined courtyard of a historical building, currently hosting a recently renovated restaurant. The apartment is within close walking distance of many of the popular touristic sites, restaurants and nightlife. We provide all bed linen, towels etc, with tea and coffee as well. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the bathroom.

The Penthouse is located on the second floor, it has a large living room with an open kitchen and a great dining table. One large bedroom with a partition wall and two separate large beds. The Penthouse is surrounded by two big terraces perfect to enjoy the sunsets.

Profitez d'un logement élégant et central. En plein centre ville, à deux pas des commerces, et des transports en communs. Notre appartement se situe juste derrière le parc de Dudelange et non loin de salles de sport et piscines. Possibilités de parking dans la rue ou sur parkings publics avoisinants. Néanmoins, vu le caractère central de l'appartement, un véhicule n'est pas nécessaire. Possibilité de louer un garage box fermé.

One bedroom apartment 900 meters (half a mile) from Luxembourg City Old Town. Easily accessible from Airport (15min direct bus ride) and Central Train Station (6 min walk). Free street parking from Fri 6pm to Mon 8am - paid underground parking available few meters from building entrance. Cleaner offered (free of charge) once a week for stays of 8 days or longer.
