Transient Home 1 - Main Town Romblon

Our place is centrally located at the heart of Romblon. Just a few minutes walk from the main port, some tourist spots and restaurants. Easy to grab a ride to visit some beaches. Our check-in and check-out time is adjustable but subject to availability. This home may not be new, but we made sure that the basic amenities are provided and that everything is clean and neat. We also manage a small private beach resort in Alad island, Romblon that all our Transient Home guest has free entrance to.

Don’t forget to walk by the washed white sand shoreline in the morning and enjoy the calmness of the waves as it touches your wandering feet. Solar powered and has genset in case of electric interruptions. WFM would be ideal as this place has strong WIFI Connection

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein 37qm schnuckelig eingerichtetes Appartement mit Terrasse und viel Komfort. Der phantastische Ausblick von der Terrasse geht bis zum Meer und liegt direkt an der wenig befahrenen Ringstraße. Das Resort ist erst im Entstehen weshalb die Preise dezent gehalten werden. D.h. Pool, Restaurant, Kiosk und einige Häuser sind noch nicht errichtet. Der Baulärm hält sich in Grenzen da hier sehr viel in Handarbeit verrichtet wird, die keinen störenden Lärm verursacht.

My place is just 8 mins. from The Mansion, Wright Park, Mines View Park and 15 mins. from Camp John Hay. You’ll love my place because it still captures that "old Baguio" cozy feel. My place is good for couples, groupies and families with kids (max of 5). It's furnished and you can cook. Important: Since the condo is very new there is still no Wifi or Cable TV service at this time. So it's best for some quiet and peaceful time and real conversation and bonding with your loved ones. :)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Can accommodate up to 7 pax. 1 loft bed, 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 single mattress. 1 bathroom with bath tub and 1 bathroom at the rooftop. kitchen and utensils are provided. hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are also provided. We also have good internet connection except if there's typhoon or heavy rains. We consider early check-in for advanced booking since ferry from Manila arrives as early as 2am.

It is only 60km from the Legazpi city airport, 65 km from Subic beach in Matnog, 40km from Bulusan lake, 50km from Donsol if you want to see the whale sharks, 15km from the surfing site and white sand beach of Rizal beach in Gubat, 10km from Tolong Gapo beach in Bacon, and many other beautiful places in the province.

The area has access to the beach and there is a Pavillon with a barbecue place available for all guests. The Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for self supporting.

Cooking is allowed for the number of persons reserved.
