With an outside tap to rinse off, our annexe is ideal for cyclists, surfer’s, walkers or windsurfers. Relax on the private patio after a hard day sightseeing. Pets & infants welcome.

Visitor attractions in the local area includeThe Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Bodmin Jail and the Port of Charlestown. A maximum of two small dogs are welcome free of charge.

"The Lodge" is a wood built studio flat in the village of Fraddon in mid Cornwall, 5 mins from the main trunk road (A30), Fraddon is surrounded by the towns of Newquay, St Austell, Bodmin and the city of Truro, locally there is a good pub in walking distance, there are many takeaways within walking distance, a retail park is a 5 minute drive away where there is a Pub/Mcdonalds, M&S and more, close by is a lovely nature trail locally across the moors if you like a good walk or cycle.

You will be close to everything at our centrally-located site in the heart of Cornwall. After a nice day on the beach at Polzeath or Rock surrounded by surfers and sea, Ruthern Valley is somewhere you can escape to hidden among the green canopy of Cornwall's interior. Close to Bodmin Moor, our secluded, beguiling little site is humming with wildlife, budding ornithologists can look out for the woodpecker a-pecking and the owls a-hooting. Right in the middle of The Camel Cycle Trail.

You can go on a steam train ride from Boscarne Junction and the renowned Camel Valley vineyard is with walking distance.
