Fairly new cottage situated on a rural property with beautiful valley and sunset views (picnic set provided to viewing).Shared non-heated swimming pool located at the front of host's house next door. Local 'watering hole' across the road, but not in viewing distance. Continental breakfast items provided. Beds adjustable such as double to two singles.

Nestled among old heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

Self-contained with two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other has your choice of king or twin beds. A large living area with a slow combustion wood burning fire and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric blankets for cool winter nights. Minnalong Cottage This lovely one-bedroom, self contained cottage is set on a working horse property. It is conveniently situated for a self-guided tour of the Hunter Valley vineyards including Pokolbin, Wollombi and Broke, or a comfortable stopover on your way north or south. It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. The Vineyards are 30 minutes drive away, Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive and Port Stephens 1 hour.
