Guests have the entire ground floor apartment to themselves with separate entrance door and private access to courtyard and lovely garden (my husband and I live upstairs). Close to Skyline Skyride/gondola, Rainbow Springs, Mitai, Canopy Tours and other tourist spots. Free Wifi. Great heating. Cereal, Milk, fresh Plunger-coffee, Tea variety, but no-cooking facilities. Our studio apartment is located at beautiful Lake Okareka and is approximately 100m walk from its shores. The central location is in close proximity to the Whakarewarewa Forest for Mountain Biking and walks, Lake Tarawera, the Okataina walkway and cycle track as well as the Redwoods and an approximate drive of 12 - 15 minutes to the Rotorua CBD. It is perfect for couples and solo adventurers, there is also a fold out couch that is suitable for an extra person/child.

The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. We are two minutes walk away from Rotorua Tree Trust and a five minute drive to world class mountain biking and walking trails. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.
