Read a book in the hammock, take a robe & soak in the outdoor bath/s enjoying the night sky if clear. Roast marshmallows in the braizer. Purposely un-plugged with no wifi or screens. We use high quality linen and careful thought to furnishings by repurposing, ♻️, and a waterless composting toilet. We try to minamise impact on our earth. Infant cot/mattress on request

The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. We are two minutes walk away from Rotorua Tree Trust and a five minute drive to world class mountain biking and walking trails. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.

House is situated on our section but it is fully self contained and private/fenced off.

Located just meters from Lake Rotorua in Ngongotaha. As a holiday destination you would have a hard time finding such a peaceful and convenient spot. Newly renovated , it's sunny, set in lovely gardens and only a short stroll to the lake and boat ramp. A great fishing, kayaking or fly fishing area, with the Ngongotaha stream only a short walk away.
