Stylish Private Guest Space in Beautiful Ballina

Created within our home, our guest space has a comfy Queen size bed & tiled bathroom overlooking private courtyard; amenities include Aircon, TV, fridge, kettle, microwave & toaster (no kitchen) A short walk to the river swimming beaches & 5 minute drive to stunning ocean beaches. Ballina's main cafes, restaurants, shops & swimming pool just 10 min walk away. Access is through a private entrance (via a roller-door) to the lobby where a key safe is situated. Please Note: Latest Check-in Time 9pm

Garden Cottage -Relax W/ Nature, Pool or Fireplace

Private guesthouse accommodation. Two minute walk to Alstonville' s Shopping Centre, Coffee Shops, Restaurants and Historical Hotel. Situated between Ballina and Lismore, we are a 33 minute drive to Byron Bay. You will be staying in a private cottage style setting containing a double bed and a single bed suitable for Adult, Child or Baby. Kitchenette, private bathroom, washer/dryer, fireplace and exclusive access to the pool. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning included.. No pets. 3 Guests only

Crane Cottage - a cute and private studio

The studio is located at the rear of the main house and faces away from it so is quiet and private. There is rear lane entry and covered parking for your vehicle. Amenities include: wifi; a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; separate bathroom; tv and dvd player; air conditioning; and a ‘5 star’ king size bed (super comfy!). Basics such as teabags, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided. There is a SPAR supermarket, bottle shop, post office and laundromat 200 metres away.

Tranquil in Alstonville (self-contained house)

Self-contained granny flat located in Alstonville. Only 10 mins from Ballina, 15 mins from Lennox Head, 20 mins from Lismore & 25 mins from Byron Bay. Alstonville is a great base to explore the area. The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and zip-apart single beds in the other which can be converted into a king bed (please let us know your preferred bedding at time of booking). It also has its own driveway access offering secure off street parking. No Schoolies allowed

4 Bedroom tropical country pool house set on acreage in a quiet valley with easy access to all the areas sights and delights. 12 mins to Ballina. 20 minutes to Lennox/Bangalow/Lismore. 30 mins to Byron/Mullum/Bruns. Spacious and private entertainer with pool, outside undercover entertaining space, large open-plan living and all kingsize bedrooms. Perfect relaxed hangout spot be it a couple, a small family or group of friends. Lush tropical gardens overlooking a beautiful quiet valley.

The Rainforest Guesthouse is a situated in the beautiful sub-tropical rainforest area of the Far North Coast. You are surrounded by gorgeous gardens and 100 metres from our beautiful swimming hole and rainforest. You may spot a koala, platypus or wallaby and you will definitely see many beautiful birds. Sorry no dogs as we have a dog that loves people but not other dogs. 15 minutes to Minyon Falls and the Nightcap National park. 30 minutes to iconic Nimbin. 35 minutes to Byron Bay.

Tranquil rural cottage set next to coastal national park with lots of native wildlife including wallabies, koalas and a chorus of birds led by the kookaburras each morning. Light and airy with lots of timber and character, the house is simply furnished with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing retreat from busy lives, roads and city noise. A great base for exploring the lush northern rivers hinterland and stunning beaches or just a place to rest on a long road trip.

Welcome to "High On The Hill" This fully self contained studio room has everything you need, a quaint little kitchen, bathroom with luxurious large bath, private porch with stunning views, close to transport and shops, centrally located between stunning National Parks 15min and beautiful beaches 30 min, Byron Bay is an hour. The room is located directly under the main house and has its own access Currently not pet friendly as we look after other people’s fur babies 🐾

Tallows cabin

Set in your own private yard amongst gum trees and citrus, with a chicken coup around the corner, this one bedroom cottage feels like a home away from home. With more amenities than a hotel, like portable induction cooktops, microwave oven, washing machine and real ground coffee our place can be your home while on holidays or passing through. Situated up a dirt road, amongst koala trees and on the river, in the small community of Rileys Hill, close to Evans Head.

Cosy modern Studio

Self contained unit with bathroom and galley kitchen on ground floor of a large residential home. Off street parking for 1 vehicle. Seperate access for guests, undercover outdoor area with adjoining grassed area, full kitchen with all fittings utensils and coffee pod machine. The Studio has just had an update in March 2025 with a completely new Bathroom fitout, updated appliances and new flooring. There is an undercover outdoor with a bbq.
