The cottage boasts cathedral ceilings and open-plan living giving a sense of spaciousness with the purr of the ocean in the background creating a relaxed your on-holiday feel. Timber floors throughout, fully equipped kitchen and stylish furnishings complete the picture. Unique & interesting art work adorn the walls. Entertain on the wraparound verandas, or just sit back and relax with a good book. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious bedroom, modern bathroom and laundry, comfortable loungeroom and wrap around verandas to entertain on or while away a lazy afternoon. Leanne or Jeff will be available at any time to answer questions and make your stay an enjoyable one. In most cases greeting you on arrival Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. These include local hangout Belle General, The Surf Club by the water, and the coffee and food cart at Flat Rock. The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. The cottage is located next to world-class coastal walking and bike tracks that showcase our magnificent coastline. Created within our home, our guest space has a comfy Queen size bed & tiled bathroom overlooking private courtyard; amenities include Aircon, TV, fridge, kettle, microwave & toaster (no kitchen) A short walk to the river swimming beaches & 5 minute drive to stunning ocean beaches. Ballina's main cafes, restaurants, shops & swimming pool just 10 min walk away. Access is through a private entrance (via a roller-door) to the lobby where a key safe is situated. La Casita Studio

Enjoy a comfy experience at this central studio, within walking distance of charming Alstonville town centre and a 20-25 minutes drive to stunning local beaches of Ballina and Lennox Head. The popular Byron Bay is only about a 30-minute drive. The studio has a kitchenette with stove top, microwave oven, mini fridge and cooking basics for your convenience. There are plenty of places to explore in the area, from waterfalls and beaches to the historic villages of Bangalow, Newrybar and Eltham.

The room is located directly under the main house and has its own access Currently not pet friendly as we have fostered a rescue puppy until it finds its forever home.

Crane Cottage - a cute and private studio

The studio is located at the rear of the main house and faces away from it so is quiet and private. There is rear lane entry and covered parking for your vehicle. Amenities include: wifi; a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; separate bathroom; tv and dvd player; air conditioning; and a ‘5 star’ king size bed (super comfy!). Basics such as teabags, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided. There is a SPAR supermarket, bottle shop, post office and laundromat 200 metres away.

Tranquil in Alstonville (self-contained house)

Self-contained granny flat located in Alstonville. Only 10 mins from Ballina, 15 mins from Lennox Head, 20 mins from Lismore & 25 mins from Byron Bay. Alstonville is a great base to explore the area. The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and zip-apart single beds in the other which can be converted into a king bed (please let us know your preferred bedding at time of booking). It also has its own driveway access offering secure off street parking. No Schoolies allowed

The Rainforest Guesthouse is a situated in the beautiful sub-tropical rainforest area of the Far North Coast. You are surrounded by gorgeous gardens and 100 metres from our beautiful swimming hole and rainforest. You may spot a koala, platypus or wallaby and you will definitely see many beautiful birds. Sorry no dogs as we have a dog that loves people but not other dogs. 15 minutes to Minyon Falls and the Nightcap National park. 30 minutes to iconic Nimbin. 35 minutes to Byron Bay.

Koala cottage delight

Tranquil rural cottage set next to coastal national park with plenty of native wildlife including wallabies, koalas and a chorus of birds led by the kookaburras each morning. Light and airy with lots of timber and character, the house is simply furnished with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing retreat from busy lives, roads and city noise. A great base for exploring the lush northern rivers hinterland and stunning beaches or just a place to rest on a long road trip.

Miki's

Lennox Head is a coastal community between Byron Bay and Ballina. Miki’s is in a residential area about 3km from Lennox Head Beach and Boulders Beach. The area is hilly so it’s best to have a car. The space, in a single level home is private and quiet with leafy views to the north. Guests have their own entrance, en-suite bathroom and a small, light food preparation area. There’s also a private balcony with a BBQ. Original artworks in the bright and airy room make it unique.

Little Farm Stay

With more amenities than a hotel, like portable induction cooktops, microwave oven, washing machine and real ground coffee our place can be your home while on holidays or passing through. Situated up a dirt road, amongst koala trees and on the river, in the small community of Rileys Hill, close to Evans Head.
