It features an enchanting garden with cottage garden style, surrounding stone walls, grottos, water and other quirky features. Willow arches protect a peaceful sitting glade beside a rill and pond, and there are various seating areas around the garden. The property has stunning views of the Lake District, the Pennines and the Scottish border hills.

When the weather is fine, you can sit in the garden being disturbed by nothing more than the birds and sheep, or take a stroll in the ancient woodland beside the quietly meandering stream below. This is also the perfect location for exploring the Scottish Borders, The Lake District and The Northumberland National Park.
