Welcome to our cozy home, ideally located for those on the move or working as travel nurses or construction workers. Positioned right off Interstate I-95 and Highway 74, our house offers easy access to Lumberton, Laurinburg, and is roughly 2 hours from Raleigh, Charlotte, and Wilmington. Not to mention, it's only a 1.5 hour drive to the sunny shores of Myrtle Beach, perfect for a quick getaway. Our location is a prime spot for travel nurses, with major hospitals nearby, and construction workers.

Blu Grace Farm Apartment

Our barndo is located on our quaint 10 acre farm. The barn sits in the center of two pastures overseeing highland cows, horses, alpaca, donkeys, sheep and ducks. A cup of coffee, the sound of the rooster crowing while rocking under the awning is an experience in itself. Pet and feed the livestock during your visit. We are conveniently located near several wedding venues in historic Marion county and just an hour from Myrtle Beach. This is a rustic and peaceful farm experience you won’t forget.

Cozy Norment Forest Apartment

Welcome to Cozy Norment Forest Apartment, the ideal and peaceful stay. Step inside, and the living room offers a comfortable sleep sofa. A fully equipped kitchen awaits if you want to prepare your favorite meals, with all the essentials provided. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and TV, guaranteeing a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is modern and clean. Whether you're here for a night or an extended stay, this cozy apartment offers all the comfort you need so that you can feel at home.

Chauffeur’s Apartment on Historic Property

Enjoy the former chauffeur's quarters located on the grounds of our National Register of Historic Places property with access to the tranquil gardens of the Manor House. The kitchen is complete and the comfortable full-sized bed should provide a good night's rest. Downtown activities are within easy walking distance. There are multiple seating areas to enjoy the extensive gardens on the one acre grounds that are shared with the main property. We cannot host guests under the age of 16.

River Birch Bungalow sleeps 9 (near by fishing)

Escape to the River Birch Bungalow, a serene environment at our family-owned estate, dating back to 1939. This recently refurbished rustic home near the Little Pee Dee River offers a peaceful escape for nature lovers and those seeking solitude. With all the comforts for a stress-free getaway, it's just a 30 min drive to Lumber State Park and a short distance to nearby villages. Ideal for long-term stays, pet-friendly and can accommodate two vehicles. Only an hour drive to Myrtle Beach.

Burchs Carriage House

Private carriage house sitting adjacent to the most historic estate home in the lovely town of Society Hill. Separate entrance for guests which accommodates large horse trailers. Property caters to all animals! Kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven and hot plate), washer/dryer, Apple TV and wifi. Continental breakfast, wine/snacks provided. BBQ grill also. 2 stalls with paddocks. 12 x 12 and 10 x 12. Rooms are as they would be at your own home, separate from each other. See photo 13.

Modern 3 Bedroom and 2 Bath Retreat

A modern newly renovated home with personal touches in a quiet neighborhood located in Fayetteville. It's great for a walk or run. Approximately 5 minutes to Ft Bragg, 10minutes from Raeford, 25 minutes from I95 and 25 minutes to the airport. The house has three bedrooms all with queen sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for individuals who like to cook. The living room is equipped with a television and a roku. A washer and dryer is available for use in the garage.

It can accommodate up to 9 guest; king bed, sleeper sofa, and couch (air mattresses available upon request) Stainless steal appliances and access to a 35 foot in ground pool with a splash pad and 6 foot deep end. Within 15 minutes of multiple wedding venues. Within an hour drive to Myrtle Beach. 30 minutes from I-95.
