Relax in the hot tub and take in an amazing sunset. The home is a harmonious blend of locally-crafted art and furniture to add rustic charm and modern comfort.

Coopers Rock Retreat

Industrial farmhouse studio apartment nestled in the hills of West Virginia. Located just 15 minutes to downtown Morgantown and 5 short minutes away from Coopers Rock State Forest. Spectacular landscape views from dusk to dawn and breathtaking star gazing on clear nights. Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please, a full kitchenette, large bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bed, and an extra long single futon. Guests need to be at least 21 years of age book.

SUGARBUSH - Sweet Serenity Tiny House

Welcome to SUGARBUSH! "Suga" is a 450 sq. ft. custom built tiny house. She will comfortably accommodate 2 adults or a family with 2 small children. AGE REQUIREMENT to book this space is 25+. At this time we DO NOT allow pets. Suga sits on a 3+ acre lot that use to be used for cross country skiing. She got her name from two trails, Sugarbush Run and Sugarbush Shortcut that ran through the lot! We welcome you to stay and enjoy our wonderful little getaway here in Pleasant Valley.

The amazing outdoor living space includes expansive decks, a fire pit, and a bubbling hot tub. Mountain Clay Hideaway Couple’s Retreat w/ Hot Tub

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Adventure all day or simply relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with your special someone. Enjoy the hot tub under the mountain stars. Customize your stay with a variety of additions. Conveniently located near all of the best the area has to offer! 700 ft to Timber Rock, 6 mi to Ohiopyle, 8.8 mi Fallingwater, .2 mi Braddock’s, .3 mi Stone House Restaurant. Adults only and no animals please. This is a hypoallergenic home.

Beautiful view of the river valley and the town of Kingwood West Virginia. Large kitchen with pots and pans. You have your own entry with open floor plan. Main house is above. There are lot’s of windows to view the picturesque valley. With vintage decor and a gas fireplace which makes for romantic setting. From sunrise to sunset the view is incredibly beautiful. 45 min from WVU 2 miles from Camp Dawson Black water falls 40 minutes. Wi-Fi available

Tree House

Wintertime readiness: When we have snow, 4-wheel or All-wheel drive will be best. Watch the weather. Un plug at Tree House. The cabin now has Wi Fi. There is also a DVD player w/ DVDs. A 15 minute drive takes you to Thomas, WV for food and art and music. Five more minutes and you are in Davis for Blackwater Falls State Park. A few more miles down the road find two alpine ski areas and White Grass Ski Touring Center.

Yellow Creek Plateau

This newly constructed tiny home is located off US-48 and nested in a serene area with beautiful views of the mountains. Featuring a spacious deck, plentiful natural light, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two futons for additional guests. Located in close proximity to Yellow Creek, Rails to Trails, Moon Rocks, and Mountain Top Hunting Club, you'll have biking, hiking, fishing, and UTV riding without the drive.

Romantic Getaway In The Pines. Hot Tub! King Bed!

(Recently upgraded!) This cozy, romantic cabin is perfect for couples. Relax in the hot tub under the stars, cozy up by the fire, or watch the outdoor TV from the fire pit. Inside, enjoy a plush lounger, king bed, fireplace, and well-equipped kitchen. Just minutes from Deep Creek Lake, this retreat offers privacy, comfort, and romance. Perfect for anniversaries, honeymoons, or peaceful weekend getaways.

Trillium Acres Guest House

Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. Our cozy house with modern amenities can accommodate 6 people with 2 queen beds, 1 twin and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Cottage and Trillium Acres Hilltop are next door and a short walk through the woods for larger groups needing more space.
