Welcome to Bear's Eye View. Come stay in our newly furnished, completely renovated condo with great mountain views. Bear's Eye View sleeps 6 & has 2 bdrms (comfortable beds) 1.5 baths w/a Queen size sofa sleeper. A/C throughout. GREAT LOCATION!! We are located just 1/2 mile from mid-town Ruidoso where you will find plenty of shopping & dining & Approx. 10 minutes from the turnoff to Ski Apache. During the summer months there is a heated outdoor pool, horseshoe pit & BBQ grill in the common area

Attractive condo with easy access, no stairs... perfect for seniors! Located on well maintained grounds approximately 1 mile away from casino resort. Easy level parking. One bedroom with queen, also a sofa bed in the living area that connects w/kitchenette. Save money by cooking in. Balcony looks out on trees with a creek and ducks below. Electronic lock access for easy check in/out. No WiFi. Condo does have heating, cooling, fireplace, cable, towels, and plates/pans/utensils for cooking.

This is a great location in the fun town of Ruidoso, located in the Sierra Blanca Mountains. Loaded with lots to do in the area as well as the great history of Lincoln County, that Billy the Kid was a big part of. This classic adobe style condo, remodeled in 2023 has easy access parking right in front.
