Located 5 minutes from Aucklands Southern motorway and just 35 minutes from the CBD, and 20 minutes from Auckland Intl Airport. A great place to get away from the busy city. Also handy to the Karaka Bloodstock Centre for those with Equine interests. Plenty of room for parking (including a horsefloat).

Loft @ Nine

Loft @ Nine is a B&B styled studio room above our garage. Located in a quiet, residential area of Pukekohe & 3 mins drive to town, the room is perfect for a couple or single occupant. Please note the angled wall. The self-contained, air-conditioned studio comes with free wifi, private access & onsite parking. Equipped with 1 queen bed, 1 bathroom, a sofa & TV. Milk & light snacks will be provided in the small kitchenette, which includes a mini fridge, toaster, microwave, jug, tea & coffee.

Karaka Rural Guest House

Private guest suite separated from the main house by a shared laundry area. A spacious sunny living area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, hobs, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. A sofa bed allows an additional person. We have expansive grounds with bush walks, gazebo, firepit and out door games. We are 5 minutes drive from the village with its numerous cafes & restaurants as well as Te Uru Art gallery. World renowned beaches and other bush walks are within 15 minutes drive.

Our park like grounds with english style gardens and friendly animals to talk to will help you unwind on our 60 acres. We have regional parks, black sand beaches, local tracks to ride your mountain bikes or take your kayak for a paddle within easy distance from our home. Pack a picnic and walk to our rock bottom stream or just enjoy a quiet country walk on our farmland.

The West Wing at Haven Villa Our Piece of Paradise

Welcome to the West Wing! We live in an old villa on 2 acres of lawn and garden. Near the main house but not attached to it we have our guest house. We have decorated it in keeping with it’s history but with all modern conveniences including Sky TV. We have a comfy king bed in the studio part with a double bed upstairs in the gorgeous retro attic. The upstairs bed is suitable for a smaller couple or a single person or child. We have a lovely, well equipped kitchen.

Hillcroft cottage is a small self contained cottage within our large garden on 16acres of land. There are 2 resident Labrador dogs, cattle and hens. Continental breakfast is provided.
