In the drawing room the giant Salvador Dali hands table and chairs mingle with enigmatic shop window manequins wearing Carole Lee vintage ballgowns.

Welcome to our beautiful grade 2 listed Georgian home. This is the birth place of the artist Sir William Nicholson. We are happy to show visitors around our lovely historic house. Your room is a comfortable double with private facilities, you can use the lounge and garden. We have off street parking with room for your car or larger vehicles if you are staying for business. We are very popular with the visiting Antique Traders to the Newark Fairs and shops. There is plenty to explore locally.

The bedroom can be configured with either a superking size double, or as a twin, with 2 singles. The accommodation includes ensuite shower room with toilet.

Come for a week if you are on a course or enjoy walking in Clumber Park, Sherwood Forest or the nearby Derbyshire Dales.

The village has easy access to Belvoir Castle and the newly opened Engine Yard. Whilst there is no pub in the village I am happy to cook an evening meal or book a table at near by restaurants .
