The Palms Studio Kerikeri - the perfect retreat

Welcome to THE PALMS Studio Kerikeri. Nestled among stunning private gardens surrounded by beautiful palm trees. You will be able to relax around the pool,or if you are feeling a little more energetic,you can play a round of tennis or a game of Petanque. We are located close to the Stone Store, Rainbow Falls, Charlies Rock and the shopping centre The Studio is a quiet and relaxing spot where you can just kick back and enjoy the space or a great location to base yourself if exploring Northland.

Comfortable 2 bedroom unit in Haruru Falls.

This is our home away from home, in the wonderful Bay of Islands. Relax here, or explore in Paihia (5kms), Russell (5kms) or Kerikeri (20 kms). We are 300 meters from the Haruru Falls, and the lovely bush/mangrove walk through to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. We have a fully fenced back yard, which is young children friendly. It is all on one level, so is particularly easy for older people. Use this as a base to fully explore everything Northland has to offer. Fully equipped, just arrive!

Hihitahi Sea View Apartment Private self contained

Hihitahi Sea View apartment is located in Paihia, Bay of Islands, an area with stunning walks, mtb tracks and a great variety of other (water) activities to choose from. When arriving you'll find at the end of the driveway, a private apartment where you can imagine the rest of the world gone. Only 5 min out of Paihia town and the beach but your own private place with everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The BBQ area with all day sun is a lovely private spot to end the day.

The Little Sanctuary

The Little Sanctuary is a perfect place to start your journey around Northland. Located in historic Waimate North, 5 minutes from Te Waimate Mission. Kerikeri or Paihia is 20 minutes by car or 15 minutes to Ngawha Hot Springs. The cabin is a self-contained unit (3x6 metres) with heating/air conditioning, surrounded by cottage gardens filled with flowers creating a peaceful and relaxing environment for you to unwind. Cereal, bread, milk, tea and coffee are provided for you to make breakfast.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and town centre. Modern kitchen, with fridge/ freezer. Separate garage with internal entry. Outdoor patio with table, chairs, B-B-Que. WIFI on unlimited plan. Great local amenities i.e Waitangi Treat Grounds, Waitangi Golf Course and mountain bike park. 2 bikes for use, fishing rods.Please return! Playing golf with host(s) may be possilble, depending on their scedule and local club fixtures.

Homely, private 1-bedroom studio 3 km's from town

Come and enjoy all that Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands can offer from our centrally located base. Our spacious 1-bedroom studio offers a lounge with kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, toaster and tea & coffee making facilities (no cooktop or oven). We are more than happy to cater any meals on (timely) request. The studio is separated from the main home, and is adjoined with the garage. It has a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a sunny, private deck out front.

Take a walk along the beach, swim or explore the area by kayak!

The Studio on Beresford

The Studio on Beresford is self contained and conveniently located in Russell. It is an easy, flat walk to town and the wharf. The Studio features a garden and a covered porch for lazy afternoons and al-fresco dining. The Studio has a well-equipped kitchenette, with fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Free Wifi and parking on site is provided.
