Welcome to our home from home in magical Swedish Lapland. It has everything you need to have an unforgettable stay in Lapland during all seasons. In the summer you can start and finish your days with a swim in the lake that is at the bottom of the garden. In winter you can cosy up on the sofa and enjoy the view. Husky sledging, snow mobile tours, reindeer farm visits and many more can be booked with nearby Explore the North. Famous salmon fishing hotspot Jokkfall is only a short drive away.

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Situated near the river, the Swedish border is just across the water, allowing for a seamless journey into Sweden, perhaps via the ice road. The main building of 75m2 is all refurbished with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and a new bathroom. Large windows and a major outside terrace, offers you a breathtaking view through all seasons.

Huset ligger på Hällbacken i Luleås nya bostadsområde, nära naturen med fina motionsspår, 1 km till badstranden. Det finns sovplats till 4 personer, dubbelsäng (140) och madrasser på loftet. Parkeringsplats framför huset.
