Stand in line with a beer while you wait to taste the best BBQ Austin has to offer. Is it worth the wait? Yeah, there's a reason why there's a line. My personal favorite is the "fatty" brisket when they give you the choice of "lean or fatty" cuts. It closes at 3pm but sells out on some items way before then. Be sure to get there early!
