La casa è in località malfatano a 1,8 km dalla bellissima spiaggia di Tuerredda (tra cui 800 mt di strada sterrata) La casa garantisce privacy e tranquillità. L'immobile è di circa 65 mq con due camere da letto, un ampio soggiorno cucina e bagno. la casa è dotata di condizionatori. All'esterno troviamo un'ampia veranda, un barbecue un forno a legna e campo da tennis. A poca distanza le spiagge di Chia capo spartivento e tutta la costa di Teulada sino a raggiungere le dune Is Arenas Biancas.

Villa Perdalonga, inserita in un bellissimo contesto naturalistico con una baia raggiungibile a piedi ed una vista sulla famosa spiaggia di Tuerredda. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco ed è composta da tre stanze, due bagni, ampio giardino con prato, spazio esterno con doccia calda e fredda, barbecue e lavatrice. Nella casa sono presenti WI-FI gratuito, lavastoviglie, TV satellitare, piano induzione, tutte le attrezzature per cucinare.
