Cabin Hideaway Nestled Among the Treetops

The spacious patio, with recliners, provide everything needed to relax and enjoy the ebb and flow of Inverness living. Settle in and let the wildlife and changing light on the trees entertain you. If you love to cook, the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen. Or, enjoy a lovely evening out at one of the many acclaimed restaurants in the area. Take a hike during the day, rent a kayak for an adventure on the bay, or visit some of the quaint coastal towns. Return to your own private cottage to enjoy romantic nights by the cozy wood stove. Rich furnishings, heated floors, a big leather couch and tasteful decorative touches will cradle you in the lap of unexpected luxury in this delightful cabin. Guest have access to the whole cottage and patio area. The cottage is located in between Inverness and Inverness Park, the latter being home to Inverness Park Market - a market like no other, and not to be missed. Just a few miles down the road is the town of Inverness with cafes, restaurants, and pubs. A car is the best way to see the area. Parking is never an issue. 1) The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, So it is really not the best place for loud late night parties. I absolutely encourage utilizing the outdoor area in the evenings, but please be mindful of noise. 2) If you are using the patio area at night, please do not play music out there after 10pm. 3) Please do not congregate in the driveway- It is shared space with the next door neighbors. 4) There is absolutely no cigarette smoking permitted inside the house. 5) If you break something, please just let me know about it- It gives me the opportunity to replace it before the next guest arrives. 6) There is room for only 1 car in the parking area. 7) Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

Sunny Inverness Cottage

Private and peaceful guest cottage in the Seahaven neighborhood of Inverness. It is 15 minutes from ocean beaches, bay swimming and the restaurants and shops of Point Reyes Station. This comfortable and clean one bedroom, one bath cottage is located down a long driveway that is shared by the main house and is surrounded by forest. Walls of windows in the bedroom and living room let in light and forest views, but the orientation of the house allows for privacy. The living room has a wood burning stove, small kitchen (oven, stove, small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster), small TV with cable and DVD, wireless internet, a deck with table and radiant floor heating. The bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has a full bathtub with shower and the toilet is in an adjoining room. Towels and linens are provided. Two sides of the property border the state park, and the cottage is only minutes from beaches on Tomales Bay. Maximum occupancy is 2. No pets. No Smoking. 1 night minimum. Please give us at least two days notice for bookings.

Rustic Beach Cottage with Hot Tub on Tomales Bay

Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. Urban Farm House in Tomales

Quintessential Tomales Victorian , our sanctuary when we can get to the coast. When we cannot, we open up the first floor of the house for guests to enjoy. The upstairs is locked but you have access to the entire downstairs & outdoor areas. You will be the only occupants in the house during your stay. Limit of 3 guests. Be aware we are in a remote area,and during inclement weather the whole town sometimes loses electricity.When that happens,guests will have to reset the pump in the garage

"Lovely" (the name of the guesthouse) is a perfect, economical nature getaway spot to relax and explore the rugged, beautiful nature of Point Reyes, just 1 hour north of San Francisco. Situated on five beautiful mixed wooded and landscaped, primarily flat acres on a hill overlooking Tomales Bay, this cozy, private cottage is one of several structures comprising the beautiful and famous Van der Ryn Ecorefuge, created by the renowned ecological architect Sim Van der Ryn.

The Perch

Overlooking a fern grotto and redwood valley, The Perch lets you experience nature up close. Come unwind and luxuriate in nature. Limited cell service. The room INSIDE has a bed, toilet, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, and electric hot water kettle. OUTSIDE a claw foot tub/shower, private deck & outside kitchen with a gas burner stove. Very rural. Close to Blue Water Kayak rental, Pt Reyes National Seashore and lighthouse, Marconi Center Clean, cozy, and adorable!

Special waterfront houses on Tomales Bay. You are ON the water with the sound of waves lapping underneath the house. This is a beloved home. Not too fancy, but comfy for family and friends to unwind and enjoy each other and your surroundings. The town of Marshall is a small and rural town, charming, special but near to some of the best restaurants and hiking around.

Creekside Cottage

The Creekside Cottage in Point Reyes Station is a simple, modern craftsman with beautiful light all around. New construction, completed in 2017, it features serene quiet at night, bird viewing, and relaxing. Walk into town or head for the beaches from here. (It is not in Bolinas, online maps services are still confused about this fact)
