Attached one-car garage and pet friendly with fenced in back yard. House is equipped with pots and pans, dishes/silverware Keurig and plenty of towels. Enjoy this charming home built in 1914. This home has beautiful original woodwork throughout the home. Enjoy soaking in the claw foot tub. The Alexander home is located in a quiet Saginaw City neighborhood close to hospitals, shopping and restaurants. It is only a short drive to Frankenmuth, Bay City, and Midland. A Juliet balcony off one of the upstairs bedrooms overlooks the huge double lot fenced in back yard. Only one bathroom on 2nd floor. All bedrooms on 2nd floor.

This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.

Whether you're coming to town for business or pleasure, you're going to enjoy your visit to this cozy cottage nestled between Lake Huron and the Tobico Marsh. This small one bedroom, one bathroom getaway is just the right size for 2-3 people. There is a paved trail just a short walk down the road that connects to the Bay City State Park and Tobico Marsh trails.
