The Gegan - Coldingham Sands Scotland

Situated at Coldingham Sands, one of the UK's best and most stunning surf beaches, The Gegan provides luxury accommodation right by the beach. The three bedroom, two bathroom detached house offers true luxury beach accommodation for up to 6 people. Wake up to watch the sun rise over the north sea or cosy up in the comfortable lounge with views out to sea. Recently refurbished to a very high standard with two luxury bathrooms and a brand new kitchen filled with everything you might need from a coffee machine to a smoothie maker. Three bedrooms give way to 2 luxurious large kingsize bedrooms with sea views and a smaller twinroom to the back of the property with two full size single beds. Wee Sea View is our newly refurbished to a high standard 1 bedroomed entire flat situated in the heart of the lovely fishing town of Eyemouth. We are situated minutes from the centre of town which includes local amenities such as fish and chips , restaurants, ice cream shops, bakery, butcher , fish monger & supermarket. We are 3 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach with coastal walks, local golf course and the working harbour where you can have the choice of diving, fishing & boat trips.

This is an ideal location to explore East Berwickshire, with Coldingham Bay and beautiful St. Abbs nearby. Edinburgh is one hour away, famous for its Castle and festivals.

Rock Cottage is a converted building that was used in the past for Net/Creel and general fishing equipment store. We live in Rock House which was the first house built in st abbs. This property is suited to a couple, there is a double room downstairs and also the kitchen is on this level, upstairs is a shower room/wc and a living room which leads onto a decked balcony overlooking the harbour.
