With the Nauze River Valley view from the bedroom, it is ideal for a couple travelling together for a romantic escape. The stylish loft has a 2-seater sofa-bed plus Netflix and Orange TV, and the combined kitchen / dining offers modern appliances. Relax with an aperitif in the rear courtyard. The beautiful Dordogne valley is a treasure trove of amazing sights, historic castles and caves. You’ll love it.

La maison d'hôtes Montmartoise

Schakel een tandje terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie. Vrijstaand gastenverblijf met twee verdiepingen met een oppervlakte van ca 40m2, tegenover het huis van de gastheer. Het is opgetrokken in de stijl van de Perigord Noir, met dikke, stenen muren. Voor het gastenverblijf is een klein terras met zitgelegenheid en uitzicht over de vallei van de Dordogne. Verder is er een hoger gelegen terras waar u ook gebruik van kunt maken om te eten, te zonnebaden, van de rust te genieten etc.

Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquille en pleine nature, idéalement placé proche de nombreux activités et sites. La 'cubane', entourée de jolis chênes en lisière, se trouve à 150m du corps de ferme/parking. Malgré sa petite taille elle est très lumineuse grâce à ses grandes baies vitrées. Raccordée à l'électricité, petite cuisinière à gaz, toilettes sèches, eau chaude à la douche extérieure, chauffage éléctrique, frigo, terrasse - et wifi rapide! Le bonheur de la vie simple ☀️

Venez passer un séjour dans notre magnifique gîte "La Truffière" avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée et notre truffière! Entièrement rénové début 2022, le gîte peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes et est idéalement situé à quelques minutes seulement du centre historique et des commerces dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Le gîte est sur notre propriété, mais est totalement indépendant de notre maison.

The pigeonnier is a newly renovated apartment, set in beautiful grounds. It is a relaxing space within Laugerie Basse Gites with 5 separate gites. Come along and enjoy the peace and tranquility, it looks out onto the beautiful gardens and a stunning swimming pool which is heated May/June/September. This apartment is suitable for two people. it is not suitable for children /infants or for people with mobility issues as the gite has stairs. However, my 4 other gites are suitable.
