This newly renovated, private downstairs unit is located in the quiet neighbourhood of Sanctuary Point. The property backs onto a native bush reserve with numerous walking tracks to see the many kangaroos , abundance of bird life and Cockrow Creek. The property is ideally located just a short 10 minute drive from Booderee National Park, the famous Jervis Bay beaches and a further 5 minutes will take you to the many cafes and restaurants in Huskisson. The property is well fenced and dog friendly.

'Escape to the Vines' quaint tiny house on a breathtaking 75 acres that is Mountain Ridge Winery. Situated a short drive from the boutique towns of Berry, Gerringong and Kiama. There are plenty of sights to be seen, shops to be visited and places to be explored. Enjoy a relaxing stay nestled amongst the vines and surrounded by the exquisite views of Coolangatta, Berry, Saddleback and Cambewarra Mountains. Just a short drive from some of the best beaches and bushwalks on the NSW South Coast.

When you don’t need extra rooms to be on holidays or to rest up and be comfortable. Little Loralyn Studio is self contained, semi attached and private. The Studio is a fully equipped small home with it's own enclosed outdoor areas located across the road from St Georges Basin. Well behaved pets may stay upon request when added to the booking.

Unique cottage on beautiful farm close to beaches

This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Close to beaches, Gerringong and Kiama.

Contemporary Country Experience

Contemporary country experience Enjoy the simplicity and restoration that rural peace offers without getting your hands dirty (*unless you want to!). This design inspired cottage provides a place for up to 6 people to take in the sunset sitting by the open fire, then wake to collect fresh eggs and watch the horses, cows and kangaroos graze, or wander down to the creek for a picnic. The cottage is fully enclosed in a fenced area 800m2. We have changed the fencing so none is electric.

Use our free kayak & paddle from the backyard. Beautiful Hyams Beach, 8min. Country Club offers free bus, golf, tennis with restaurants/bars. (4min).Indoor Leisure Centre 5min. Booderee National Park has many beautiful walking tracks. Dolphin, seal & whale watch cruises. Everything to offer to those who love the out doors or just want to relax & play with the kids and pets. Pets stay free of charge. Toast & condiments for breakie included.
