Véritable atelier d'artiste, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. De nombreux peintres ont habité l'immeuble depuis sa construction au 19 ème siècle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

Apartment that I live in year-round and occasionally rent out on Airbnb when I'm on holiday. It is very well located in the 9th arrondissement between Liège and Place de Clichy, and a 10-minute walk from St Lazare. The bedroom can sleep two adults, and two adults can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. As this is Paris, it is best to use provided earplugs and an eye mask for sleeping in the living room. Use of the kitchen is available. I am looking for tidy and quiet people to rent it to.

There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.
