La Rousseliere is a luxury gite set in five acres of stunning countryside. The property has everything you could possibly need for a truly relaxing holiday. Nestled in the northern Pays de la Loire region, surrounded by some of the prettiest villages in France, the location is ideal for cycling, running and fishing.   An hours drive from the stunning beaches Normany, including the World Heritage Site, Mont St Michel. Further south lies the magnificent Loire Valley and the famous Chateau Trail.

Paris is 2hrs30mins by train from Flers, the nearest ferry port is Ouistreham, airports Dinard and Carpiquet.

Not more than 2 hours from the ports of Le Havre, Cherbourg, Ouistreham and St Malo and ideal staging post to explore the Normandy landing beaches, Bayeux, Mont St Michel and the Cotentin coast. Close to the historic town of Avranches and commercial centres with a wide choice of restaurants and shops.

Set within a large private mature garden which is fully enclosed the cottage features a really comfortable interior making it the ideal place to visit all year round. Rénové en 2021, le gîte est une ancienne maison forestière au coeur de la forêt domaniale de Coëtquen. C'est le site idéal , au calme, pour profiter de vos vacances en pleine nature. Pour la joie des petits et des plus grands, vous serez accueillis par vos hôtes et notre troupeau de chèvres naines !

Nous sommes situés dans la belle campagne normande, notre petite maison a été récemment rénovée à un niveau très élevé offrant un séjour confortable, nous sommes à seulement 5 minutes du bourg le plus proche de Gavray et à 15 minutes des plages les plus proches, il y a de nombreux endroits pour visitez en Normandie et nous sommes situés au centre pour visiter tous. Nous avons un beau jardin clos, sans danger pour vos enfants et pour vous détendre pendant ces journées chaudes.
