Le studio comprend un canapé-lit, un lit 2 places, une kitchenette, un lave-linge et une télé. Nombreux commerces, parcs à proximité, stationnement payant. La Tour Eiffel est à 30 min à pied. Parfait pour un séjour parisien.

While enjoying the calm of the street, you will be close to nice places to eat, a supermarket just 3 minutes walk away, a beautiful park and many shops just close by. You will find easy ways to reach all Parisian sightseeings.

Dispose d'une chambre, d'un salon, d'une salle de bain avec douche (lave-linge séchant) et d'une petite cuisine équipée d'un four, plaque de cuisson. Situé à proximité de la station de métro Convention dans le 15e arrondissement de Paris. Il y a beaucoup de magasins autour (boucherie, boulangerie, supermarchés, fromagerie, fleuriste). Marché tous les mardis, jeudis et dimanches en bas de l'immeuble.

Vous accéderez à l’appartement directement par l’ascenseur qui vous emmènera au dernier étage de l’immeuble.

Situé au 3eme étage avec ascenseur. Quartier avec nombreux restaurants autour et métro à 5 minutes. Piano Yamaha de très bonne qualité. Je serai heureuse de proposer mon appartement à des personnes qui en serons respectueuses. Mon appartement n’est pas un hôtel, c’est un lieu habité et vivant.
