Cosy Cottage in Sussex £40 per room per night.

I live in a cul-de-sac in a detached house which I'm told is comfortable, with ample space on the drive for 2 cars if necessary. I charge from £40 per room per night,(not £40 for the whole house) we are well served for buses, etc here and Close to local amenities, 7miles from Eastbourne, and 20miles from Brighton. I am retired but enjoy friends and social events, My hobbies include carpentry, gardening, some t.v (films and documentaries) I do not have any pets but keep some chickens for eggs.

Hastings Seaview Apartment Opposite The Beach

Apartment has stunning views & is perfectly situated opposite the beach & vibrant pier between St Leonards & Hastings. Beach, art & culture, stunning scenery, food & drink & family activities ALL within walking distance. Space inc. very large sea view double bedroom, separate lounge/study (with sofa bed) & ensuite bathroom. Ideal for work, rest & play the space is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers & families (kids on sofa bed). Includes tea, coffee & breakfast hamper.

The sunny Stables Cottage…(cutting garden house)

Be a country person for the weekend, stay in a 200 year old stable block, super light, with vaulted ceilings. A large sitting room, big bedroom, up a step to the kitchen/diner and bathroom. The newly fitted kitchen has sink, microwave, hob, and fridge/freezer. Also a sofabed. National Trust houses, historic Mayfield, village walks and the South Downs nearby. Small dogs welcome. The cottage overlooks the cutting gardens. A Private seating areas & wifi good for a working retreat!

The Paper Mill Stables

Set in the beautiful grounds of a fifteenth century Wealden hall house, The Stables is a delightful oak framed cottage - a hidden-away and peaceful haven for two. There is a sitting room with woodburner for super cosy nights in, and the pretty bedroom has a luxurious 4000 pocket sprung king size bed, and quality Egyptian cotton linen. Outside is a secluded garden with a terrace, and seventy acres of woodland and pasture to wander through; our resident Labradors will be pleased to join you!

An artistic retreat 5 mins walk to the sea

Our house is a converted shop, built in 1830. We live five minutes walk from the sea and cafes, restaurants, cinemas and art galleries on fashionable Norman Road. We serve croissants, butter and jam or marmalade and coffee and tea for breakfast and there are tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. The bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, writing desk, chair and very comfortable double bed and a stylish en-suite shower room. We do not share our kitchen with Airbnb guests.

Wickham Manor - William Penn Wing

Our beautiful William Penn Wing comes with a lounge and two large rooms. The dining area does not have a kitchen but does include a fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery, crockery and seating. Upstairs you will find the William Penn Suite, a very large room with a sofa area and king sized four poster bed with en suite. Named after the founder of Pennsylvania who once lived here, It’s located in our 16th century country house, which is a 20 minute walk from the Beach.

Enjoy this cosy but spacious room, it has its own entrance with a south facing patio and garden. An ensuite shower room and super king size bed. The room has lovely views,and private garden over looking a tree lined paddock, full of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning cuppa whilst relaxing in the super king size bed, or a evening glass of wine on the patio, and you may even see an owl swooping and foraging for food. There is a great pub only a short 5 minute walk away.

Rosebank B&B Private Guest Suite

Welcome to Rosebank B&B in Etchingham village 5 minutes walk from the mainline station to London, in the High Weald, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Continental breakfast is included in the price. The room is self contained, separate from the house and you have a key to come and go as you please, perfect as a base when visiting friends or exploring the local area with its beautiful gardens and National Trust properties on the borders of East Sussex and Kent.

Forge House

This beautiful Tudor house is situated in the heart of Bexhill old town, giving a secluded feel but with the benefits of all the local amenities. This historic house has sea views, immaculate gardens and a private gated driveway. Close to some of the most famous walks in the South of England, most important of which is the route William the Conqueror took to seize England from King Harold II - the ruins of Hastings castle are only a short journey away!

Our Victorian house with its many original features is ideally located on the West Hill. The Old Town with its charming alleyways, vintage shops, pubs and restaurants is only a 6 minutes walk from the house. The house and the guest bedroom with its wooden floorboard have been attractively decorated. The bedroom has a tea/coffee facilities and a modern en-suite. Living in the house is myself, my husband John and Bertie the cat.
