Continental breakfast is provided in your accommodation and there is a private parking space. The traditional local pub (The Rose & Crown) is a 10 min walk.

My home is on a private leafy road in St Leonards on Sea, a creative town with cafes, restaurants, vintage shops, art galleries and an independent cinema. The beach is 10 minutes walk away and the station 15 mins, for trains to Brighton, London and Ashford International. Hastings Old Town, with nightlife, quaint shops and fresh fish caught daily, is a 35 min walk along the sea front. This is my home so my belongings are stored here but I keep eveything packed away as much as possible.
