Situated at the top of the lovely seaside resort of Rock,Upper Pityme has it's own private entrance & parking. Includes: double bedroom, open plan kitchen, dining, living space & WiFi . Lovely pub nearby & short walk to local shops, eateries and coast. We also have a sofa (bed ) n the lounge for 2 people.

Completely away from it all, yet near to Padstow and Wadebridge, Bozion Barn lies in a delightful south-facing position above the River Camel valley with its cycle trail to the moors or Padstow. Its elevated position allows for views across the valley and a patchwork of fields and woods beyond. This traditional Cornish stone barn retains many of its former features. Large external balcony with a patio table and chairs to seat 4. Views over open fields on all sides. Lovely part of north Cornwall 3 miles from beach. The property is wi-fi enabled. We do accommodate dogs at an additional charge of £25 per dog payable on arrival please.

This compact studio for two is within walking distance of shops, Porthilly beach & Rock beach, restaurants & wonderful coastal walks close by.Sailing & water skiing are available in the estuary. A good base to stay & get away from it all at an affordable price. Please note that there is no outside space. There is no wi fi at the moment. Parking for one car.
