Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Lovingly converted in 2021, Krow Kerrik was originally the cart house for Woolgarden , a farm nestled near the edge of Bodmin moor. Accommodating between 4 and 6 people, there are 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite, a mezzanine level with 2 chair beds, a shower room and stunning open plan kitchen and living space. The private garden with patio, seating and BBQ overlooks farmland. Perfectly situated in a quiet corner of North Cornwall, it is within easy distance of beautiful beaches and open moorland.

The ocean view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The South West Coast path is right here too (1-min walk), if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre, and only a 8-minute drive to Fistral Beach. It's a perfect spot for families & couples. We sleep up to 5 guests (and any four-legged family members).

One of the Padstow's most iconic buildings, Marble Arch Cottage is truly unique. Think bijou, petite and memorable. Close to the heart of the town and 3 minutes to the harbour, you'll find the cottage feels secluded and private. Step into Marble Arch passageway, slip in through the Cottages's narrow door and you will immediately feel in another world. Well appointed and cosy the Cottage is close to all that Padstow has to offer including great eateries, spectacular walks and fantastic beaches.

Mawgan Porth Home with a view of the beach (small)

Beach house situated behind the dunes of Mawgan Porth. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a large day bed in the entrance room. Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Stunning views from the upstairs open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony for alfresco dining. Ground level has a lovely decking area with an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.

The Cob - Polzeath / Rock - Stunning Barn

My husband converted this Cob Barn into a beautiful one level cottage. Full of character, and very comfortable and cosy! It is perfect for either one family with up to three children or two couples. Fantastic location as we are one mile from Polzeath and two miles from Rock. However, we are in a very rural spot so far from the maddening summer crowds - yet on the doorstep of everything. We welcome dogs but do charge a small extra cleaning charge of £15 per dog. Please do check with us first.

The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. It sleeps 7/8 comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or cosy up! Summer house (Mar to Oct) can sleep 3.

Greenhorn is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi detached cottage in the historic town of Padstow. It offers open plan living downstairs. We’ve furnished our place with comfort and style in mind and welcome families and pets (£25 fee). Brand new shower room fitted March 2025 and water pressure improved. Off road parking for one car and a 5-10 mins walk from Padstow Harbour and town. Patio area to the side of the house as well as decking at the rear via bi-fold doors in the lounge.

With a really comfortable king size bed, luxurious shower and modern kitchen there is everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The Nook

The Nook was purpose built in 2019 to be an ideal place for a single person, couple, or family to stay; we also welcome well behaved pets! Newly decorated for 2025 and a short walk from the beach and tidal pool. Close by is a fabulous farm shop for milk, croissants and other essentials. The neighbouring town of Padstow is a couple of minutes away by car or a walk through the fields or along the coast for some world class dining options. There is parking for one car.
