Datant du 18ième siècle, cette maison était connue de tout le village et encore aujourd'hui beaucoup d'habitants du villages se rappellent y avoir passé un moment. La rénovation a porté sur la mise en valeurs des matériaux premiers en ajoutant un côté moderne, toujours dans l'esprit de la nature. Situé à 5 minutes de l'axe Vire/St Lô au niveau de l'autoroute A84 sortie 40, idéal pour visiter la Normandie (équidistance entre le Mont Saint Michel et les plages du débarquement). Viaduc de la Souleuvre à 10 minutes ( saut élastique, accrobranche, luge etc...) 20 minutes de Vire et St Lô , 35 minutes pour Avranches et Caen.

Beautifully Presented House

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
