It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. As we are chefs, we have provided everything you could need for cooking a full meal in the apartment. -Central AC / Heating, -Sound Insulated Windows (facing Pedestrian street), -High Speed Wifi 300Mbps, -Smart Flat Screen TVs (55” inch, 32”inch, 43”inch) to use your Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Amazon Prime, -Full Kitchen, oven, -Washer / Dryer Combination Unit, -Clothes line, iron, ironing board, -Powerful Hair Dryer, -Plenty of Hangers, -Fresh Linens, - 1 towel set per registered guest (bath towel, hand towel), -Rituals shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, -High chair, bottle warmer(advance request), baby monitor (advance request), baby travel cot (advance request), -safety deposit box, -Early Check-in (2h before), Late Night Check-in, Late check out subject to availability, fees. 1st floor with Elevator, door code for apartment door. This apartment is set up for self check in. You will receive a door key code 24 hours before check in time which will be valid from your check in date 3pm until check out time on your departure date. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

It has two single beds that are framed by a blue velvet headboard that extends on the side and two bedside tables that add the finishing touches to the room. There is a second bathroom with shower that has a very contemporary design and high quality finishes. Finally, the apartment has its own newly renovated private gym where guests can enjoy fitness. The house is fully equipped with utensils and appliances of leading brands. The house has air conditioning, radiator heating, free WIFI connection, Ethernet connection and Smart TV with international satellite channels.

DORMITORIO: La cama es de 135x190 cm., calefacción eléctrica y un amplio armario empotrado donde encontrarás dos juegos de toallas de baño (dos de mano y dos de ducha), un edredón adicional y bajo demanda se puede solicitar un juego extra de sábanas o toallas. También hay plancha y tabla de planchar. SALÓN-COCINA: Espacio de salón con cocina integrada con barra de desayuno y dos bancos, con aire acondicionado individual frío/calor.
