A cosy garden cottage, with separate entrance, private bathroom, bed nook, kitchen and shared garden. A peaceful space from which explore south Manchester and the city. The cottage has a full sized double bed with lots of pillows and a comfy duvet and electric blanket. A large sofa easily accommodates an extra body if you prefer to sleep separately. We also have a travel cot for babies. The cottage is set up for 2 adults, with 2 kids, but not really suitable for more than 3 grown ups.

Only two minutes walk from Salford Royal Hospital, five min drive from Media City UK & fifteen min drive to central Manchester. Or catch the bus at the end of the road and be in Manchester within 20 min. There are shops, takeaways & restaurants within a 2 min walk. Your hosts live on site and are on hand if you need them. You will have your own space to park on our driveway.

Breakfast cereal and milk is supplied and guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Gym and pool across the road , also pub and takeaways within walking distance. Includes towels and toiletries. Sunday evenings are available by request.

A stunning garden with hobbit hut where you’re welcome to sit and relax looking over fields towards Lymm Water Tower. Small to medium dogs only, some don’t like the spiral staircase. A double bedroom, en suite, sofa bed in lounge and kitchenette.
