Die Villa Amicorum liegt umgeben von Weinreben und Olivenbäumen in einer ruhigen Ortsrandlage von San Pietro mit lockerer Bebauung. Die Anlage besteht aus 2 komplett eingerichtete Häusern für jeweils 4-5 Personen. Die Wohnflächen betragen 2 x 68 m² und können einzeln oder gemeinsam gebucht werden. Unser kleines Paradies in Apulien liegt in einer idyllischen Landschaft ohne unmittelbare Nachbarschaft. Zum kristallklaren Meer und traumhaftem Strand sind es ca. 1,5 km. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohn-Esszimmer mit Schlafsofa, Einbauküche, 1 Bad mit WC, 1 Gäste-WC sowie eine Außendusche.
