Das Chalet liegt nur ca. 500 Meter vom feinen Sandstrand entfernt. Das gesamte Anwesen erstreckt sich über 3.500 qm, und es gibt viele schöne Plätze zum verweilen.

Si può raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata , un centro commerciale e locali per la vita serale.
