This is our own finished basement with totally private entrance. Full size Bed and a futon We love kids and have 3 of them. You might hear them walking upstairs lol. Nice little apartment in Perkasie Borough. So much to see and do in this area you'll need to keep coming back! We are walking distance to Free Will Brewing Co., restaurants, parks and tree lined trails. Pearl S. Buck House and the Lake house Inn: 5 miles. Sellersville Theater & BCCC: 1 mile. Lake Nockamixon: 10miles, Doylestown: 13miles & New Hope: 22miles. We are about 1 hour from Philadelphia & the Pocono Mountains. Close to wineries, breweries, boating, biking, theatre & kids activities.

Enjoy, walks, kayaking, wineries or horse riding close by. Visit the quaint river towns of NewHope,Frenchtown, Lambertville etc. 15 minutes to Beautiful Lake Galena and Lake Nockamixon, 30 minutes to the Lehigh Valley, 60 to Philadelphia, 90 to New York. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), groups, and furry friends (pets). Private key-code entrance in front. White picket fence lined yard in back is perfect for sitting on warm days. Walking distance to restaurants and food store. On-street parking. The unit is on main street so there is traffic noise. We do ask that guests are respectful of permanent tenants in the building.
