The Historic Ranch House

We have intentionally tried to preserve as much of the ranch house as possible while still updating the house to today’s standards. The most notable piece of history is the Monarch cook stove in the kitchen, the doorways and doors that are not as tall as today’s standards, the original wood floor in the master bedroom and original moulding around some of the doors. The house is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house with all the amenities from home. We hope you enjoy our little piece of ranch history!

Welcome to our Charming Historic Cottage on Alpine Park! Walking distance to all the downtown restaurants, shops and galleries. Enjoy concerts and festivals in Riverside Park and tubing, kayaking and rafting on the Arkansas River. Steps from your front porch is Alpine Park’s spacious green space, along with basketball courts and play ground. Alpine Park also hosts the weekly farmers market (Saturdays May-Oct). Cottage is 25 minutes to Monarch Ski Resort, 25 min to Mt. Princeton Hot Springs.

The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river.
