Relaxing Farm stay!

Fully equipped apartment on the farm-stocked kitchen, relaxing deck/BBQ and a California king bed with heated mattress pad and down comforter, fireplace and large soaking tub in the master bath. This is a romantic, memorable place. We provide farm fresh eggs and the usual coffee/tea/hot chocolate/creamer. If it isn't in the apartment just ask us! You will be able to visit alpacas, llamas and watch the free range guinea hens. Can be adjoining to the 2 bedroom apartment adjacent. Pet friendly.

A wonderful place for couples, friends, & solo travelers to relax or adventure in a modern cabin cut into a rock wall <15 mins from Salida, CO. We designed the Rock Room with 6 floor to ceiling windows and an automatic garage door that opens up to a rock wall and your private covered balcony which overlooks national forest on both sides. Owner managed, with personal service! Warm, cozy, southwestern home 100 feet from the South Arkansas river with your own private beach! Built in 2014 on 20-acres with a private drive, 900' of riverfront with a trail, superb privacy with great views, only 3.5-miles from downtown Salida and 18-miles from Monarch. With a big garden and chickens (fresh veggies and eggs in season!), we're frequented by visits from deer, great-horned owls, red-tailed hawks, and sometimes wild turkeys and elk!

The Tin Shed | Modern Parkside Home - 0511

Built-in 2015, it's featured in the "Small House Book" by Lloyd Kahn. It's clean and modern yet warm and cozy. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (AC in bedrooms). The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river. Our short-term rental license number for the city of Salida is 0511.

This is a newer, pet-friendly home with a fenced yard, located in a quiet neighborhood. Amenities include a four-person hot tub (guests must be at least 6 years old to use it), off-street parking, and fiber internet. We are located four miles from Salida, and twenty miles from Monarch ski area, Mount Princeton Hot Springs, and Brown's Canyon white water rafting. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the property, as the back patio features an outdoor rug and the hot tub.

Get away from it all at our cottage - Retreat at Round Hill. You will have access to miles of hiking, biking & ATV trails. We own 36 acres, including Round Hill, with amazing mountain views all around. We are backed up to National Forest and BLM land. We're located two miles south of Poncha Pass Summit. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway.

It is furnished with fun, colorful mid-century decor including several local artists' work. Tall windows and a vintage skylight fill the place with natural light. The unit has a remodeled kitchen and bath, as well as a large shared deck with awesome mountain views in all directions. Walk to everything!

Our restored 1800's mining cabins is nestled in the mountains, bordering Cottonwood Creek. Our one-of-a-kind cabin offers a handcrafted odorless hot springs hot tub with an ever-flowing infinity edge and mood setting led lighting. Your private hot springs is located right off your deck. We do not have Wi-Fi, so come expecting to unplug. We have a landline if you need to communicate with anyone.
