Just a few steps away you will find iconic addresses such as 'Le Café de Flore', 'Les Trois Magots', 'La Durée', as well as famous tourist attractions like the Abbey of St Germain des Près, the Luxembourg Gardens, l’ile de la cite (Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral), the Louvre Museum, etc. My 3rd-storey flat consists of one spacious living room with an open kitchen, a quiet bedroom and a beautiful bathroom. You are welcome to use the internet, TV, dressing room, dishwasher, and washing machine. Designed for two people. Within walking distance, Metropolitan underground line 4 and 10, and many buses. Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

Vous apprécierez mon logement pour la vue, l'emplacement, l'ambiance, nombreux traiteurs dans la rue et alentours, stations de métros et bus. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires.

Calm place to enjoy Paris

High standard I entire flat in an attractive neighborhood. Located between Paris downtown and the financial district, Neuilly sur Seine offers many advantages. One block from the Boulogne countryside, you may walk 5 minutes to the Jardin d'acclimatation (amusement park) as the Louis Vuitton foundation. The neighborhood is made of nice restaurants, organic foodstore and the flat is 2mn walkint to the metro tube Pont de Neuilly, 5 stops to the Champs Elysées.

Quiet and bright, cosy apartment in Batignolles

Appartement spacieux et lumineux au style vintage, situé dans les Batignolles. Il dispose de tous les équipements dont vous avez besoin : Wi-Fi, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-onde, de nombreux rangements et même une platine vinyle. Le couchage comprend un lit queen size (160x200). L'appartement est situé au 6ème étage avec ascenseur. Il est calme et très agréable à vivre.
