Perfect home to relax and recharge. Bring the family to enjoy the area. You can get ready for those special events. Wedding venues are close by. Sleeps up to 6 people (2 beds plus pull out sofa bed). It is a very private beach cottage style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.

The Villa By the Sea will give you the local San Clemente feel with luxury of your own home. 2 bedroom, 1 bath renovated home will help complete your perfect vacation. With AC in the home, you can be cool while relaxing but enjoy sunny San Clemente. We are walking distance to the beach and Del Mar Street, you will be central to all the attractions and walking distance to multiple wedding venues. Beach necessities, WiFi throughout and an informational binder with local recommendations awaits.

This cottage is located in the heart of Dana Point, a beautiful and uncongested beach community! A 5 minute walk finds you at the nearby town center and new downtown area where you can find restaurants, nightclubs and shopping. Down the street is Dana Point Harbor/marina and the famous Doheny Beach surfing and park or get-away to Catalina Island or whale watching! The Cottage is a great pet friendly with enclosed front and rear yards, a great alternative to the over priced resorts.

This exclusive retreat offers complete seclusion and privacy while still offering intimate and warm hospitality. Dogs are allowed at an additional cost of $30/day /per pet which be paid on site. We don't accept cats. We can provide other services such as laundry for an additional cost.
