Our yurt is popular for adventurous travelers who like to stay in a unique outdoor environment. We believe that a great camping experience should be comfortable and easy going. During your stay at River Park Resort you will see lots of adventurous people floating by our spot and perhaps you'll get inspired to join them! If you choose to relax in our beautiful riverside setting you'll have a amazing time as well. There are many restaurants and bars which are an easy walk from our resort.

Exotic getaway in Sobrante hills

This is Mongolian traditional yurt when we married 40 years ago, our parents built it for us. It is located in our backyard about 90 feet from the street on the deck under pine trees. Path to the yurt has 12 steps and 15 degree up on some part of the deck. We have beautifully decorated, half around, eclectic full bathroom outside the yurt just 2 steps away. Yurt has low front door and low beds and seats. No tv, no wifi. It is out of your comfort zone! No human contact, self check in.

Serenity Yurt at Venture Retreat Center, Pescadero

Surround yourself with nature when staying at our Serenity Yurt, which is tucked in a little clearing on 20 wooded acres. It features a gorgeous skylight, many windows & beautiful lighting. And yet town is only a 5 minute drive, allowing access to anything you might need during your stay. We consider our land a sacred, healing place. Before we built on this property we gave special homage to the Native peoples, and asked for blessings from the spirits to live here. We have discovered grinding rocks, shards of Chinese pottery, and ancient fire pits on the land.

Situated on five beautiful mixed wooded and landscaped, primarily flat acres on a hill overlooking Tomales Bay, this cozy, private cottage is one of several structures comprising the beautiful and famous Van der Ryn Ecorefuge, created by the renowned ecological architect Sim Van der Ryn.

The Russian River Yurt is spacious (20x20), private and has a large redwood deck, perfect for a slow morning coffee or star gazing at nights. It is equipped with a comfortable bed, large screen TV and kitchen and a full bathroom with a shower.

Windsong Guest Yurt B&B

Cradled in the rolling hills of Point Reyes the Windsong Yurt and the Point Reyes House are thoughtfully located nearby each other on four acres at the end a country road, just a 2-minute drive to the center of Point Reyes Station. Close by are The Pt Reyes National Seashore and Tomales Bay. The Sonoma and Napa wine regions are a beautiful 1 to 2 hour drive away.

Make yourself at home in this spacious 16' yurt, WiFi internet, a relaxing garden terrace, a dome skylight for nighttime stargazing. Private entrance, private full bath with all the amenities that is small but clean. It is separate from the yurt in the downstairs unit of the main house (20 feet away).
