This is a detached studio (240 sq ft, 22 sq meters), with a private driveway entrance, and free off street parking. Settle in with the comfy queen bed, European style wet bathroom, high end kitchen area with an electric kettle, drip coffee kit, full fridge, combo toaster oven/air fryer, induction cooktop and dishwasher.
