This is a one bedroom basement apartment, with its own private space and entrance! WE DO LIVE UPSTAIRS FULL-TIME. (this is our home and some noise/footsteps should be expected) We’re conscious of our guests and keep quiet. The home is located in a safe cul-de-sac with plenty of street parking. The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. Make yourself at home in the spacious backyard including a basketball court and swing set.

The 200 sf tiny home is located behind the main house, it’s attached to it, and has double insulated wall. It has it’s own heating, washer/dryer, bathroom with a small Japanese soak tub, a sturdy sofa bed, and a small loft area. Great authentic and fairly priced restaurants in the area, please ask.
