The Villa boasts a 12x5m pool with poolside shower, bar with authentic pizza oven and BBQ area's. The gardens have fruit trees and several areas for relaxing, dining alfresco or just soaking up the Spanish sunshine. The villa is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac just off the coastal road and only a very short stroll to all amenities and a 20 minute walk to the main beach and town of Moraira. The villa is fully equipped including aircon, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Cozy apartment with independent entrance- half of the private villa. One bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Best suits for one couple. The nearest beach named Advocat is just 7 minutes walking distance away. 3 different restaurants are 5-10 min away by walking.
